In extreme circumstances products that have not been used, stained, or washed. We can issue an exchange or credit for specific merchandise. Please email us at shmoneypopcollections@gmail.com
Please insure that you are truly interested in our product before purchasing. We do not offer refunds. If you receive the product and are no longer interested you have 24 hrs upon it's arrival to contact us to process a return. You will then be credited with a store credit not a refund.
Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without cutting the zip ties or opening the bundles. The only exception to this is receiving the incorrect order. **Please note the photos of our hair are in their raw state and not altered, or they are stock photos. Therefore once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchase. If you have any questions about textures, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance.
We do offer replacements for hair that is defective. We do not refund hair that has been opened, cut, washed, conditioned, styled, or touched in any shape of form outside of opening the package.
We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. If you mistakenly receive hair that is defective please contact us with pictures and videos proving that the hair you received is of poor quality. When you send the pictures/videos the hair should still be in its natural state and also in its original packaging i.e bundle wrapping. Once a replacement is processed hair must be sent back to the return address. Please include your name order number and reason for return in the package. It will take 3-5 business days for your replacement to be shipped out. No refund can be received after returning the hair only a replacement or a store credit towards a future order.
